A masterplan was designed by DUA to upgrade and improve the Mespil Estate campus. Careful consideration was taken to select materials, finishes and details that would work together to create a holistic approach to the upgrading of the estate. Bespoke Furniture, signage and wayfinding were designed. New public spaces and building entrances where reimagined and hard and soft landscaping where employed to rejuvenate the tired and run down estate.
