The material pallet and colours was carefully chosen to reflect the Traditional Turkish food on offer. The restaurant was organised into three different zones which correspond with take away, eating alone and a more formal dining experience. Arches in the ceiling delineate these different zones are a subtle nod to the Turkish hertitage. A datum of timber battens wraps the interior seating areas to give more warmth and tactility to the dining experience.
